  Asked for 400g of bacon from the deli, when the butcher slammed down my pile of pork the scale read 399g! The staff here really know their meat, good stuff

  I was shopping with my grandparents when a young man called Daniel asked us if we needed any help today, In which we were after tomatoes and cucumbers, He kindly directed us to the items, When he was showing us the items he noticed that the quality wasn’t great, So he went into the back and got us fresh ones, We also asked him for help to find another item amongst the shop in which he done his best to guide us to and we found it thanks to Daniel.
  
  Thanks Daniel for making our experience at Forestville Coles a good one, We will for sure be coming back.

  October 6 2019 update:
  
  Lady whose name starting with a"J" was rude when I asked her to add my Flybuys cards to a recent transaction which I forgot to scan my card.
  
  She tried to ignore my presence as I was standing in front of the Service Desk for almost a minute, when asked for her help she treated me with an extremely descending attitude which I found disgusting. It was worth mentioning she threw my Flybuys card back to me after transacting.
  
  I continued with my shopping and realized she greeted another customer with "Hello Sir how are you doing?", which was significantly better than the treatment I received.

  "Daniel" working at the self serve check out area was rude and arrogant. I was paying for my items at the cashier tonight and he decided to push my shopping cart away without even asking.
  
  Either he is ignorant or blind, why would someone push away a cart for no reason when the shop wasn't even busy at 9pm, while he kept chatting with another bus driver customer and pulling this stupid act at the same time without even apologizing?
  
  He should be immediately sacked.

  Delicatessen and Fruit n Veg are the best parts about this store, helpful staff in both. Was after a few items in the fruit area in which a tall young man helped me find them all, I was then greeted by a young girl in the deli who was nothing but friendly and helpful the entire time and gave me exactly what I was after. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience a good one and I’ll be returning next time to shop here.

  Decent size but definitely not the biggest. Usually well stocked. Can get busy around late afternoon/early evening during the week. Sundays seem to be quiet late afternoon.

  Great selections, good fruit and vegetables, Super Sushi Bar. Excellent staff. Easy parking and access. Good pricing.
